Whither Joel?

Is it just me or has JoelOnSoftware stopped being OnSoftware and become  PimpFogCreekAndAlsoJobsOnJoel? Long gone are the classic articles that kept you nodding in agreement or wincing in understanding. Now the articles have all become advertisements.

I know a chap’s got to pay the bills but dude — once you’ve got us hooked throw us the occasional bone!!!

    Joel started that blog specifically as a viral marketing tool for Fogs Creek Software and now that the company’s doing well i guess he figures he doesnt have to continue.any way there’s plenty other quality blogs that cover the stuff he used to write about.
